Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund request, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund if they are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective or faulty

  • Incorrect due to our error

  • Significantly different from the item ordered

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting support.

Return Timeframe

All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover any applicable return or replacement costs.

For any other approved return, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
